Couch to 5k, 10k, Half & Marathon Training Classes

Begins: Ongoing -- All Year

When: Monday, Wednesday, & Saturday

Class Start Time:
Mon & Wed- 6:00 - 7:00pm
Sat- 10:30 - 11:30am

Where: Dublin High School Track

What to expect:

You will do a variety of coached workouts while enjoying the fellowship and safety of a running group.

Depending on your level, the training will include:

* steady-paced walk/runs
*speed training intervals
* Hill Running
* Fartleks
* Tempo runs
