Initial Consultation:
We will meet for a complimentary evaluation to assess your fitness and discuss your goals. From this evaluation, we will develop a clear strategy for your goals - including a clear timeline, fitness and nutritional plan, and short and long term objectives.
The Game Plan:
After your evaluation, we will schedule weekly training which focus on improving all aspects of your fitness (balance, cardiovascular conditioning, fat loss and body tone) while also building motivation.
The Outcome:
Ultimately the key to your goal will be consistency. If you can dedicate yourself to our program, I promise you WILL achieve your goals.
